January 11, 2023 - Mid-Season Payout Deadline

All funds paid between Dec 1, 2022 - Jan 11, 2023 will be credited to your player account on March 1, 2023.

April 11, 2023 - Final Payout Deadline

2023-24 Seasonal Year [Next Year] - STX Surf Player Credit will be applied by June 1, 2023
All funds paid between Jan 12, 2023 - April 11, 2023 will be credited to your player account on June 1, 2023.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE:
Players are still responsible for paying their STX Surf invoices until their fundraising credit has been applied to their account.  If a donation amount cannot be applied to a current STX Surf player; STX Surf will apply the donation amount to the general STX Surf scholarship fund to benefit the STX Surf families in need of financial aid.

Drawing fore More Awareness

For every $500 worth of donation forms submitted (based on commitment amounts), your organization earns one (1) entry into the current drawing. One (1) random organization will be drawn and selected during a Facebook Live with one of the program Ambassadors. The winning organization will earn $2,500 and will also be featured in one (1) dedicated social media post on the Champions fore Charity Facebook page. The contest starts fresh and new for each of the six (6) drawings. No charity can win more than one drawing. Submission of donation forms to Valero Texas Open staff are accepted via mail, email, in person, and online.

Zachry Pro-Am Charity Challenge

Based upon the deadline, total commitment amounts for each organization will be tabulated. The 50* organizations with the highest commitment amounts will be represented by an amateur team playing in the Zachry Pro-Am. All top 50* organizations will automatically earn $500. However, the top 3 pro-am teams (based on the teams’ performances) will instead earn their charity:

• 1st Place: $3,000
• 2nd Place: $2,000
• 3rd Place: $1,500

*Subject to change based on actual number of teams in the pro-am.

Top 50 Challenge - Charities are represented the in Valero Texas Open's Zachry Pro-Am on Wednesday the week of the tournament.
